We're seeking an experienced HR candidate, that's motivated, talented, bilingual (Spanish/English) professional to fulfill the role of Human Resources Manager.

Position
Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for the effective day-to-day management of the company's Human Resources function.
In this role, the Human Resources Manager supports the Operations Team and works to ensure the success of the following key HR functions for the company:
In charge of recruiting and hiring of new employees including posting open positions, interviews, and completing new hire paperwork.
In charge of onboarding of new employees.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to personnel management, recruiting, hiring, training, labor law compliance, employee relations including performance reviews, discipline, and termination including completing termination paperwork.
Assist in training and development of all new employees.
Ensure compliance with all federal and state labor laws and regulations.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Managing company insurance policies such as health, auto, and any other insurance related needs.
Payroll Administration; process payroll on a weekly basis.
File all necessary reports in a timely manner.
Worker's Compensation Administration; collaborate with Administrator and Department Heads regarding raises and performance reviews.
Personnel Records Management and Records Retention Designs (as needed), revises, and communicates HR policies and procedures.
Design and create training material and procedures.
Manage company meetings and organize meetings.
What You Will Need:
Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of California labor laws and regulations Experience with HR software / high degree of computer software competence.
Bilingual - Spanish/English speaking required.
Willingness and capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Capable of successfully operating, monitoring & supporting multiple functions at a given time.
Positive, can-do attitude.
Customer service mindset.
Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits administration, leave of absence, and compliance.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making/leadership skills Clear oral & written communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Must be a team player.
Self-motivated and disciplined team player Exhibit a sense of urgency and focus on results while remaining flexible.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check including drug screen.
