Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them - Conduct vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs or maintenance - Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs - Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and obtain customer approval - Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Maintain communication with customers throughout the service process - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly Skills:
- Good Tire / automotive service knowledge and experience - Ability to align and balance wheels as needed - Mechanical aptitude and understanding of vehicle systems - Familiarity with automotive brake systems is a plus Note:
