> Customer Experience duties:
Booking, Check In & Out Customers, Take Payments, Customer & Staff Schedule Consistency, Media Capture and Curating, Customer Support (front desk, phone, online), Online Presence & Reviews support, and other related activities.
> Operations duties:
Open/Close Shifts, Setup & Break Down Operations, Flights Manifest Setup, Issue Load Calls, Control Jump Gear, Service Orders Handling, Office operations, Shipping Handling In/Out, Supplies Orders, Cleaning, Restocking (merchandise & supplies) and other related activities.
Silicon Valley Skydiving main regular operations at San Martin Airport, additional office and support activities at Hollister Airport.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
