We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant.
This position involves providing crucial administrative support to our Managing Director and Executive Team, ensuring the efficient operation of our office.
As a Part-Time Administrative Assistant at CordeValle, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Managing Director and the Executive Team with various administrative tasks.
Your responsibilities will revolve around maintaining a well-organized and productive office environment.

Key
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the Managing Director's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle and prioritize incoming emails, correspondence, and phone calls.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
Handle and expedite project opportunities from inception to completion Coordinate, arrange, and run logistics for staff meetings and a variety of other meetings, including preparing meeting materials and presentations in advance Research and respond to internal and external guest calls and correspondence Provide general administrative support to the Executive Team as required.
Manage youth golf program.
Take on other tasks and projects as assigned.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week 4 -5 days a week.
Morning schedule.
Must be able to answer phone calls throughout the day.
Possess exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and follow through to completion.
Minimum 3 years Executive Assistant experience.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree or relevant certification is a plus).
Proven ability to work under pressure and deadlines while maintaining a professional quality of work Strong communications skills to interact with a wide variety of internal and external guests at all levels Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
Ability to work extra hours/overtime and weekends as needed.
